Beylikdüzü Villa, Construction

In this detached villa project, an important expansion work was carried out after the new owners identified the insufficiency of the living space. In addition to the back garden of the villa, the entrance floor was enlarged by 70 m², and a 75 m² terrace was added to the upper floor.

In accordance with the client’s requests, a new project was designed for the villa, including landscape arrangement and the garage entrance road. The existing structure was transformed into a more functional and modern space. Non-load-bearing walls were removed, debris was cleared, and new walls were built according to the new project.

Excavation work was carried out for the newly added section, and a radial foundation was poured to integrate it with the existing structure. All infrastructure, plumbing, and electrical systems were renewed, and suspended ceilings with LED lighting were installed to give the ceilings an aesthetic appearance. Additionally, all ceiling and wall surfaces were plastered and painted.

After waterproofing was applied to the entrance floor and terrace, a floor heating system was installed, and granite tiles were applied. Drainage work was carried out around the structure to ensure water was diverted away from the building, and a coating insulation was performed to prevent humidity and moisture formation.

For the pavement, 60×60 cm granite tiles, 2 cm thick, were installed with iron reinforcement for the sidewalk. This project was completed with all tasks delivered on a turnkey basis.
